Service Description - Divert to UK Landline

Divert to UK Land Line is a standard service which allows you to change the termination number for your Non Geographic Number (03, 070, 0800, 0871, 0870, 0844, 0845), usually required when changing an office. If you plan to re-divert often, we advise you to consider the Unlimited Re-Diversion or Customer Controlled Routing service.

0800 diversion simply means that 0800 xxx xxxx is diverted to (pointed at / forwarded to) any UK land line number. For example 0800 644 6000 can be diverted to 0207 471 4454.
How to order Divert to UK Landline service:

To order the Divert to UK Landline service for your Non-Geographic Number:

  1. Go to "My Account" section of the website
